Steven was professional , came to the house and identified the problem with our hot water system. He did not charge us for the callout. Figured out what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Would recommend.

Efficient and experienced.
I had an awful leak from the 1st floor toilet which unfortunately made it’s way down to the ground floor ceiling. I called Steve and very promptly he arranged to come and see the problem, then came back that evening to fix the issue. The leak was stoppped but another material part was needed and therefore another visit was required the next morning. Throughout all this, Steve kept me informed of progress, costs and timings, it was stress free and dealt with efficiently. I will certainly be using A1 again if the need arises. Thank you!

Five Star Recommendation
Steven and his Team did an exceptional job under very difficult circumstances. A former plumber had been engaged to instal a new bathroom, he was taken ill. Steven was called to ask if he could complete the job. After inspection, Steven explained that the work so far carried out had to be undone, as it was not up to his standard. Throughout the task until completion he explained each part of work he was doing. He did an excellent job and I can fully recommend and justify his five star rating.

I was panicking when I saw water in my kitchen floor and the first thing I did was to check in internet the closest plumber around me. A1 Plumber, the plumber, immediately replied to my request and came quickly to fix the issue. The price was reasonable for Sunday and I was very happy to see the job completed after two hours
